It is with careful consideration and a plethora of emotions (love gratitude melancholy to name a few) that we announce the upcoming closure of The Nest Bistro.

While it will be the end of this venture, it will be the beginning of many new and exciting adventures.

An immense amount of appreciation goes to all the staff who helped us build, learn and grow over 14 eventful years. We’re incredibly grateful.

To our suppliers it’s been an honor to carry your goods and we thank you for what you bring to the industry. 

To our family and closest friends who give us unconditional support and understanding, we love you.

to our customers, sharing your biggest life milestones, most difficult days, rewards, accomplishments and good ol’ love of food with us will be etched in our memory bank forever. 

Your kindness and encouragement has helped fuel our passion and love of hospitality. Many of you have been dining with us since day 1 and are considered family.  Knowing that we created a space where you could “tuck into something good” with your friends, colleagues and family has made us happy beyond measure.

Thank you for this most incredible opportunity. We’re not quite done yet. Our last day of service will be Saturday June 7th 2025 (by reservation and invite only)

The last day to use gift certificates will be Friday June 6th 2025

We hope you will join us 1 last time or as many times as you wish for your favourite dishes.

Some laughs, maybe tears and definitely cheers to what has been a life changing experience.

Thursday to Saturday Dinner  4:30pm-10:30pm

If you are planning to come late, please phone us to let us know as occasionally we may close earlier.

All other times by special arrangement. On site and off-site catering available.
